German was found by Global Brigades staff while working at his home during one of the Public Health Brigades.

German has been visiting several doctors because of his intestinal problems, since very small he´s been dealing with irritable bowel syndrome with severe constipation. As a product of this he has developed chronic hemorrhoids. He is receiving proper treatment, but he might need a surgery if these medications don´t work effectively. Additionally, several years ago, German fell down and developed an eye injury. He currently has low visibility from his right eye.

Next Steps

He needs a follow-up for his gastrointestinal problem and a check up by an ophthalmologist for both of his medical conditions.
