DIAGNOSTIC: Severe bilateral cavus foot (deformity of the foot)

Bayron was seen during a medical brigade in San Jose de Pire with Marquette University, but he lives in a community called El Espinal which is approximately 45 min away from the city of Esteli. We visited his family in February to determine a plan of action. He has suffered from this condition since he was 5 years old. While he is still able to walk and ride a bike, the pain of everyday activity continues to worsen with age. He has entered into the Patient Referral program with hopes that we can improve his quality of life.

We are raising funds so that Bayron can undergo corrective surgery.
