Josué Alexander Galo Rodríguez | Honduras
Eye ConditionBackground
AGE: 3
COMMUNITY: San Antonio de Oriente
DIAGNOSTIC: Eye Injury
Josue Alexander went with his mom to a Medical Brigade in January of 2018. He went to the brigade looking for vitamins and acetaminophen, but then the doctors saw that he had an eye patch and asked what happened to his eye. On January 10th, 2018, Josue was playing outside his home and fell down. Unfortunately when he fell, he hit his face to the ground, and there was a stick, which caused an eye trauma.
Next Steps
He needs an ophthalmologist to check his eye as soon as possible and decide whether he needs an eye surgery or a prosthetic eye. For now, our fundraising is going to be used to take him to the ophthalmologist and have a proper diagnosis and treatment be done. We will need to fundraise more for Josue once we know exactly what his next steps are.
Call to Action
Please consider donating to his case, as it is really important that he sees a specialist as soon as possible to determine next steps in his treatment.
